Requirements

  1. Sufficient time and space is allowed for us to set up as well as power supply etc, we will discuss your venue and agree the details which are then your responsibility to uphold
  2. Cancelling a confirmed booking requires at least 14 days notice, failure to do so may mean payment of the full hire fee. In the case of cancellation your booking fee will not be refunded
  3. If you do not pay the booking fee promptly once a booking is confirmed, we reserve the right to take this as intent not to forfil the booking and take alternative bookings
  4. You as the party host will be responsible for damage to Soul Man equipment and property on behalf of your guests, wether accidental or intentional. We have public liability insurance but this is not for damages
  5. It is not our job to provide security. We are more than happy to compere and make announcements etc, but it is the hosts duty to provide sufficent stewards and door staff for a safe and fun party. We also reserve the right to withdraw our services should any guests become abusive or threatening
  6. The host is also responsible for the legality of the party; possession of entertainments licence by the venue, drinking age and the like
